rtk finally promoted a stable v0.46.0 on August 26 after shipping only release candidates, at 77,574 stars
rtk-ai/rtk, the Rust CLI proxy claiming 60-90% token reduction on common dev commands, tagged v0.46.0 as a stable release at 2026-08-26T19:07Z, then cut dev-0.46.1-rc.367 four hours later. Two days ago the same repo had 77,356 stars and nothing but rc tags, which made it look parked despite the star count. It is now at 77,574 stars with a real stable line, so the rc-only signal from earlier this week was a release-cadence artifact rather than an abandoned project.
