Salesforce and Anthropic Ship Claudeforce, Putting 37 Sales Skills Inside Claude So Sellers Never Open Salesforce
On 2026-08-26 Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce, launching with "Salesforce in Claude," a Claude CoWork plugin carrying 37 prebuilt sales skills for meeting prep, deal health review and pipeline analysis, letting sellers query and write to live CRM data without opening a Salesforce screen. It is live for pilot customers with open beta in September, and Claude is now the reasoning model behind Salesforce's Atlas Reasoning Engine and powers Agentforce Vibes and Agentforce Coworker by default. Marc Benioff's framing, "the UI is the AI," is the largest SaaS vendor in the world conceding that its interface is no longer the product.
