ECC has 243,870 stars and 36,883 forks but has not tagged a release in a month despite pushing daily
affaan-m/ECC, an agent-harness optimization layer offering skills, instincts, memory and security across Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Cursor, is the largest repo in today's intake at 243,870 stars. It was pushed today, but its last tag is v2.1.0 from 2026-07-27, with v2.0.0 before that on June 10. For anyone pinning a dependency, the installable surface is a month stale even though the default branch moves constantly — the star count says nothing about what you can actually install.
