Socure Raised $156M at $5.2B and Bought Fravity to Put Agents on Fraud and Compliance Investigations
Socure announced on August 27 a $156M strategic growth investment at a $5.2B valuation led by Summit Partners, with Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo and DocuSign participating, alongside the acquisition of Austin-based Fravity for undisclosed terms. Fravity's agentic platform becomes RiskOS_Agents, starting with watchlist screening and know-your-business checks, which are exactly the manual analyst queues that identity vendors have historically staffed rather than automated. Socure reports $364M ARR as of Q2 2026, up 63% YoY, 95 customers added in the quarter, and 19 of the 20 largest US banks as customers.
