agentctl Applies the Terraform Workflow to Coding-Agent Config, Compiling One workspace.toml Into Four Harness Formats
agentctl launched on Show HN August 28, a MIT-licensed Rust CLI where you declare default model, system prompts, local skill directories and permission guardrails once in workspace.toml, then run validate, preview to see diffs, and apply to write native config for OpenCode, Agy (Antigravity CLI), Claude Code and Codex. Settings cascade from global defaults with per-harness overrides. At 0 stars this is the smallest thing worth noting today, but the shape matters: allowed directories and auto-approval rules are now considered infrastructure to be version-controlled and diffed rather than dotfiles to be hand-edited.
