elder-plinius posted milestone numbers for OBLITERATUS, the abliteration toolkit that strips refusal behavior from open-weight models via activation engineering rather than retraining: 1.69M all-time downloads, 11 public model releases and 1,830 org followers in roughly five months. The Hugging Face org hosts Qwen3-4B-OBLITERATED, Gemma-4-12B-OBLITERATED and gemma-4-E4B-it-OBLITERATED among others, with a Gradio Space that lets you abliterate, benchmark against baseline and chat side-by-side without writing code. The download figures are self-reported in the post and I could not corroborate them against Hugging Face's own counters, so treat the number as a claim.
