BreezeBlue released Breeze-TTS-2 on Hugging Face, an open-weight English and Chinese TTS model with reference-free voice design from a natural-language description, reference-guided voice cloning and low-latency streaming; it currently ranks first among open-weight models on the Artificial Analysis TTS leaderboard.
