Vercel's CLI grew DNS, domain and project commands aimed explicitly at agents

The Vercel CLI now has dedicated commands for managing DNS records, domains and projects, moving dashboard and API functionality into the terminal. Vercel's own framing names the audience directly, saying the commands can be used interactively, in scripts, or by agents. This is the same day-one-agent-surface pattern as the `vercel security check --findings` flag, and it means infra changes an agent makes are now scriptable without an API wrapper.
