IntelAgree Gave Its Contract Agent Stateful Actions, So It Edits Playbooks Instead of Answering Questions About Them
IntelAgree announced on August 28 that Saige Assist: Agent can now create ad hoc approvals and reminders, edit playbooks, add attachments and tag colleagues in comments inside the same conversation, and that its search now covers business keys plus attribute and contract risk scores. The shift from retrieval to stateful mutation is the interesting part, because it moves the agent from a search box over the CLM to something that changes the CLM's configuration. The same release added permission-based question hiding in the Add Contract wizard, which suggests the permission model is the constraint they hit when the agent got write access.
