Tip: Claude Code 2.1.251 fixes background sessions that could not edit files in worktrees they had just created
If you run the worktree-per-agent pattern, two 2.1.251 fixes remove real blockers: background sessions and their subagents could not edit files inside a git worktree they created with `git worktree add`, and background sessions could occasionally start with no plugin skills at all, staying that way, when another Claude Code process was refreshing the plugin marketplace at the same moment. A third fix makes a teammate's final answer arrive in the team lead's idle notification instead of a content-free "available" notice, which is what made agent-team handoffs lose the actual result.
