Google released A2A v0.3 with gRPC transport, signed security cards for agent identity verification, and an extended Python SDK client. The backing ecosystem tripled from 50 to 150+ organizations including Microsoft and Amazon since launch. Huawei separately announced A2A-T, a telecom-domain open-source fork of A2A, at MWC 2026, accelerating adoption across vertical industries.
