Willison's 2026-08-30 post (334 points, 190 comments on HN) reverse-engineers ChatGPT Work, the $20/month-and-up tier OpenAI announced 2026-07-09, into a concrete capability list: model selection across Sol, Luna and Terra at multiple reasoning levels, code execution with unrestricted internet access, a headless Chrome browser, a filesystem that persists across sessions, ChatGPT Sites deployment via Cloudflare Workers, sub-agent coordination and scheduled automations. He enumerates 223 registered tools and 44 skills, none of which appear in OpenAI's own marketing, which describes intended use cases rather than what the thing can do.
