Vercel changed Sandbox snapshot storage billing to compute charges from each day's average usage and sum them into the monthly invoice, replacing one average taken across the whole billing period. For anyone snapshotting agent environments, this makes short-lived large snapshots meaningfully cheaper and long-held ones more accurately expensive. It is a small change with real cost implications for agent sandboxing patterns that spike and release.
