BitGo Holdings (NYSE: BTGO) signed and completed the acquisition of NYDIG's institutional trading business, consolidating another piece of institutional digital-asset infrastructure under a newly public company. The deal lands the same week 21 banks committed to a joint stablecoin venture, pointing at institutional rails consolidating ahead of regulated stablecoin issuance.
