Notion Shipped Draft-First Agents and Line-Level Suggested Edits Alongside Skills
Notion's changelog shows three agent changes on August 31: agents can capture ideas and draft content without first choosing where the page belongs, workflows can be saved as reusable Notion Skills pages, and AI search gained filters on location, creator, editor, date, title and status across up to 50 results. On August 28 agents got suggested edits, proposing line-level changes for human approval rather than writing directly, and the Notion Agent APIs went to public beta on August 20 with session-based chat and programmatic Custom Agent lifecycle control. The approval surface, not the autonomy, is what is being shipped.
