Cisco Rolled Its Internal MyAgent Assistant to All 90,000 Employees
Cisco expanded its personalized MyAgent assistant from a pilot to its full global workforce of roughly 90,000 employees on September 1. Company-wide internal agent deployment at that headcount is the buy-side mirror of the build-instead-of-buy surveys, since an internal assistant with access to company systems displaces exactly the horizontal productivity SaaS an enterprise of that size otherwise licenses per seat.
