Crunchbase News published the week's ten largest rounds on 2026-09-04, with Crusoe taking $3B at a $30B valuation (Atreides, Valor Equity) and Fluidstack $1.5B at $18B led by Jane Street, followed by Gimlet Labs at $300M for inference and Lyte AI at $165M for physical AI. Application-layer SaaS took the minority of slots: Upwind Security $300M at $3.8B, HiBob $166M at $3.2B, Thyme Care $125M at $2B and HiddenLayer $100M for AI model security. Two of the four application deals are security companies, which says where the enterprise budget is currently unlocked.
