chigwell/Penelopa.ai (64 stars, created 2026-09-03) reads actual Codex and Claude Code session transcripts, finds workflow patterns you repeat, and emits them as reusable skills, checks and prompts. That inverts the usual authoring direction: instead of guessing which skill you need, it derives them from what you already did by hand. Session transcripts are sitting unread on every builder's disk, and this is the first tool in the recent GitHub cohort treating them as a training corpus for your own tooling.
