OpenClaw 2026.9.2 adds GPT-6 Astra through a ChatGPT or Codex subscription, and makes most settings changes apply without a Gateway restart

Released 2026-09-05, five days after the OpenClaw 2.0 milestone, this build lets you select `openai/gpt-6-astra` with either an OpenAI API key profile or an eligible ChatGPT/Codex account, with text and image input, Responses tool calls and reasoning controls. The other builder-relevant changes are operational: agent, model, tool, channel, browser, node, access and terminal settings now apply through their running owners instead of requiring a Gateway restart, and active, queued and delegated replies survive Gateway restarts through compaction and retry.
