codejunkie99/agentic-stack-desktop (created 2026-09-08, 42 stars, Apache 2.0, macOS 14+) discovers existing local session history from four different agents, turns approved material into a searchable knowledge graph, and lets each tool reference earlier conversations from any of the others. Source chats stay read-only and on the machine. It also runs Claude Code and Codex in a conversation-first workspace with official CLI session resume and reusable named agents carrying their own runner, model and reasoning effort.
