NVIDIA Nemotron Nano 3 Adds Reinforcement Fine-Tuning on Amazon Bedrock

Announced at GTC 2026, NVIDIA's Nemotron Nano 3 will support reinforcement fine-tuning (RFT) directly on Amazon Bedrock — enabling developers to shape how a model reasons, not just what it outputs, without custom GPU infrastructure. RFT is qualitatively different from supervised fine-tuning: it adjusts the model's decision-making process using reward signals rather than labeled output pairs, which is how frontier reasoning models are built. Bringing this to Bedrock as a managed service removes the primary barrier for enterprises wanting reasoning-optimized domain models.
