From 2.1.265, the Artifact tool's input schema included a regex that third-party Anthropic-compatible endpoints reject, so every turn failed with HTTP 400. That hits anyone routing Claude Code through a proxy or alternative gateway. 2.1.268 fixes it. The same release stops prompt caching and extended thinking from breaking mid-session for SDK users with excludeDynamicSections.
