Claude Code auto-mode denials now name the blocking rule and tell Claude to finish unrelated work before stopping

In 2.1.268, when auto mode blocks an action, the message Claude receives names the rule that blocked it. It also asks Claude to try a safer method and finish other work before stopping to ask you. Before this, one denial could halt a long autonomous run. Also in 2.1.268: installing or toggling a plugin in /plugin takes effect when you close the menu, with no /reload-plugins needed, and every claude plugin subcommand accepts --json.
