Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Revenue Rose 121% to $7.4B and Its Backlog Reached $664B

In fiscal Q1 2027, Oracle's total revenue rose 30% to $19.3B, and it booked more than $30B in new AI cloud contracts. Remaining performance obligations grew $209B year over year to $664B. Oracle delivered 850MW of new data-center capacity and more than 300,000 GPUs in the quarter, almost triple the prior quarter, and raised its full-year revenue guide to at least $90B. The stock rose more than 6% after hours.
