SiliconANGLE·low signal
The extension brings Ayar's 2026 primary raise to $650M and its all-time funding past $1B. Separately, a $225M secondary sale priced the co-packaged optics maker above $5B, 33% above March's $3.75B. The secondary money does not reach the company, but it sets an outside price. The company is also opening a design center in Bengaluru as it moves CPO toward high-volume production for AI scale-up clusters.
