Bending Spoons Buys Miro for $1.355B, 92% Below Its $17.5B Peak, One Week After Closing Airtable at $1.28B
Bending Spoons agreed on September 10 to buy Miro at a $1.355B enterprise value (about $1.79B equity including net cash), all cash, with some Miro shareholders rolling $295M into new Bending Spoons stock. Miro brings about $600M ARR, nearly 90% of it from business and enterprise customers, and 250,000 organizations, and it was profitable and cash-positive when it sold. That makes two 2021-priced collaboration SaaS companies bought for about 2x ARR within a week, which gives a concrete exit price for mature single-product SaaS that is up against suites and AI-native tools.
