Raycast's September 10 pricing post replaces rate limits with monthly credits: Pro at $10 with 500, Pro+ at $20 with 3,000 (formerly Advanced AI), and a new Max plan at $50 with 7,500, plus top-ups that never expire. Any paid plan can connect a personal Claude or ChatGPT subscription for usage that Raycast does not bill. The change also ships two features Raycast had held back on cost grounds, scheduled background Automations and Projects with persistent memory. Passing heavy usage through to the user's own lab subscription is a cheap way for a small SaaS to offer agents without funding the inference.
