Created 2026-09-09 and at 99 stars, SureForge is a skill with no runtime at all, just plain text, that imposes an order on complex work: research before asking, ask before planning, plan before building, verify before delivering, independent review before calling it done. The interesting part for anyone writing their own skills is that the whole thing is prompt discipline with zero code, which makes it portable across harnesses and trivially auditable, in contrast with the plugin-and-hooks direction Claude Code itself is taking.
