Firmus Targets a A$7B Australian IPO to Fund 1.6GW of AI Data Centers
Data Center Dynamics·medium signal
Firmus is seeking roughly A$7 billion (about $5B) in an Australian listing to finance a 1.6GW buildout, on top of a $10 billion debt facility from Blackstone. It is the second AI-infrastructure listing attempt this week alongside optical module maker Ligent's Hong Kong filing. The financing mix is notable: more debt than equity, against capacity that has no signed tenant disclosed.
