Codex separates Windows sandbox implementations from legacy setup modes and teaches the daemon to resume interrupted turns
The alpha.6 to alpha.10 range separates executor sandbox selection from Windows sandbox levels (#45730), splits Windows sandbox implementations from legacy setup modes (#45737), wires sandbox selection into managed proxy routing (#45757), and completes uninstall cleanup (#45799). On the daemon side, #45807 records interrupted turns in managed daemon recovery snapshots and #45820 continues interrupted work after a managed daemon restart. The personality feature flag was retired (#45809).
