Workiva Launches Agent Studio and Points Agents at BEA Surveys, US Census Filings and Country-by-Country Reporting
At its Amplify conference running September 14-16 in Las Vegas, Workiva introduced Agent Studio, a no-code builder for custom agents inside its governed platform, plus three agentic solutions aimed at regulatory disclosures that have stayed manual — Bureau of Economic Analysis surveys, US Census surveys, and Country-by-Country Reporting — and an automated testing solution for internal audit and GRC. The interesting move is choosing the filings nobody built software for rather than competing head-on in the general compliance-automation category where Vanta and Drata sit. For a NYSE-listed reporting vendor, shipping an agent builder means customers now assemble the workflow Workiva used to sell as a product SKU.
