Claude for Small Business passes 900,000 installs and adds 43 workflows and 27 integrations
Anthropic said on 2026-09-15 that Claude for Small Business, launched in May as connectors plus ready-to-run workflows, has been installed more than 900,000 times, and shipped 43 new workflows and 27 new integrations bringing it to 37 partners including Shopify, Salesforce, and TikTok Ads. The expansion targets lead generation, inbound inquiry handling, and proposal writing, which about a third of the 1,000-plus owners surveyed across 10 cities on Anthropic's spring SMB tour asked for. Anthropic's Lina Ochman calls it an "agentic starter pack." It is available on every paid Claude plan. Forbes and Business Insider both covered it the same day; the open question the r/ClaudeAI thread raises is whether 900,000 installs means 900,000 businesses getting value or 900,000 clicks.
