Codex adds experimental `/voice` WebRTC conversations with live transcripts to the TUI
0.155.0 enables `/voice` through `/experimental` on supported builds, with live transcripts, microphone controls, a configurable mute shortcut, recording activity indicators and voice session lifecycle metrics (#43581, #43651, #43690, #43934). The transcript renders with split-flap tile animation that preserves state across scrolling, and spoken prompts are styled with workspace files linked inline (#43656, #43676, #43699). It is the first voice interface shipped in a mainstream terminal coding agent; treat it as a demo surface for now, since it is gated behind the experimental flag and confined to supported builds.
