AX Check Grades Whether a Coding Agent Can Get Started on Your Public Domain, No Signup Required
AX Check, built by Gauge, appeared on Hacker News September 17. Submit a domain over plain HTTP and it records real coding-agent sessions against your public surfaces and returns an A-F letter grade plus a 0-100 score for whether an agent can make progress without accounts, keys or captchas. The posted example checks span the full range, from attio.com down to a domain scoring 0. To its credit the tool labels its own grade "PROVISIONAL and technical-only" and explicitly says not to present it as a calibrated benchmark, and unassessed features are excluded from the score rather than counted as failures.
