An open Thai and English System One model lands five days after Jev defined the category
iApp Technology released OpenThai-SystemOne on 20 September, a 0.8B Apache-2.0 decision model with weights and the full training recipe on Hugging Face and GitHub plus a free hosted API at api.iapp.co.th, explicitly published to open the architecture that TypeSafe kept closed when it introduced Jev on 15 September. On Bespoke Labs' public 13-subset System One benchmark, using the same subsets, splits, instructions and sampler as the published comparison, the 0.8B scores 61.9 macro average against 74.8 for Bespoke-Nimble-9B, 76.0 for Jev 1.13.0 and 45.4 for the raw Qwen3.5-0.8B base. Together with Kev, this is the second independent open implementation of the category within a week, which suggests the moat is the training data rather than the architecture.
