The Jev fan-out jumped from developer tooling to consumer chat assistants, with one repo hitting 2,942 stars in a day
A GitHub search for repos created after September 20 with more than 50 stars shows the Jev ecosystem changed shape again: the top result is jev-chat/jev-chat-jarvis at 2,942 stars in roughly 24 hours, a phone-based conversational copilot that reads WeChat, QQ, X and Feishu screens read-only and proposes replies without hooking or patching the apps, with jev-chat-windows (198) and jev-chat-jarvis-mac (138) alongside it. The same window also produced rizzo-flow (305, an open local take on Jev), deepopen (187, a non-autoregressive System One decision engine) and FluidUse (88, on-device typed decisions on Apple silicon). Last week the fan-out was clones, then tooling; this week it is end-user products, which is the sign a model category is actually landing rather than trending.
