Parcel Perform Renamed Itself Perform.AI and Repositioned Around Selling to the Buyer's Agent, Not the Buyer
Singapore/Berlin/Chicago-based Parcel Perform became Perform.AI on September 22 and launched what it calls an AI Commerce Operating System spanning visibility, checkout, post-purchase, returns and logistics under one decision layer optimizing for gross margin. The stated premise is that a brand now sells to a person and to that person's AI, and the agent picks brands on delivery performance rather than marketing. A ten-year-old logistics SaaS company rebranding its entire category around agent-readable performance data is a sharper signal about agentic commerce than most vendor launches, and it lands the same day Amazon is blocking Meta's shopping agent.
