Frode Weierud of Crypto Cellar Research confirmed that GPT-6 Astra broke German Army message MVUEH of 10 July 1941 after Carter Leffer only asked it to try the unbroken messages on the site. The model picked the target, suspected a link to the already-broken SIPVX message, wrote its own Enigma simulator and Bombe in Python and C++, and cracked it with the crib ROSENOW ROSENOW. The key used a different wheel order (253), and the ciphertext had transcription errors plus a rare left-wheel turnover at letter 72. The logs also show the model tracing Bundesarchiv file references RS 3-3/20a and RS 3-3/63b that are not on the site. Weierud estimates two days of its work would take a human weeks or months.
