CROSS-CATEGORY: Three Voice-Agent Launches in 48 Hours Went After Phone Support in E-Commerce, Contact Centers and Car Dealerships
Yuma Voice AI (Sept 22) extends Yuma's e-commerce support agent to live calls, where it executes refunds, cancellations and address changes in the merchant's backend before the caller hangs up. Voiso (Sept 23) put AI voice agents inside its contact-center queues on minutes-based pricing from $500/month with no per-seat fees. Numa's Operator (Sept 22) replaces dealership phone trees with intent-based routing that Numa says is 95% accurate, across roughly 1,300 dealerships. In all three, the agent acts inside the system of record, shares queues with human agents, and is billed without seats.
