NetBrain's September 23 release adds Change and Assessment agents to its existing Diagnosis agent, all running on a 'NetOps Harness' that grounds reasoning in live topology data and requires human approval before any action on the network. The harness is exposed through an MCP server, so ITSM and AIOps agents from ServiceNow, BigPanda, Cisco or DIY Claude/Codex builds can use it.
