Legora seeks at least $300M at an $8.5B pre-money valuation, five months after its $5.6B round
Bloomberg (corroborated by Investing.com and RuntimeWire)·high signal
Bloomberg reports that the Swedish legal-AI startup Legora is in talks to raise at least $300M at about $8.5B pre-money, up more than 50% from the $5.6B post-money valuation of its $600M Series D earlier this year. Annual recurring revenue has reached $200M and doubled in under six months, and more than half of the AmLaw 50 use the product. Legal is the vertical where AI application revenue is compounding fastest, and the price gap to Harvey is narrowing.
