Chamelio Raised a $26M Entrée-Led Series A to Replace Storage-First CLM Software With Legal Agents
Israeli startup Chamelio closed a $26M Series A led by Entrée Capital, with Work-Bench, Emerge and Bright Pixel participating, announced 2026-09-22. It goes after legacy contract lifecycle management tools that mostly store documents. Chamelio's agents draft contracts, review and negotiate terms, route requests and track obligations, running on their own for routine work and escalating higher-risk decisions to a lawyer. The company says it has hundreds of customers, including Wiz, monday.com, Socure and AppsFlyer, and that ARR quadrupled in the eight months since its seed round.
