Tesla switched on Grok Bot and Connectors on September 22. Connectors (Gmail, Calendar) are open to all users, and Grok Bot requires SuperGrok Heavy. Builders are already attaching their own MCP tools: one post in today's preflight (695 likes) shows a Home Assistant MCP opening Meross garage doors from the car, and TesLatino shows cabin Grok with MCP 'skills'. The first MCP clients in cars come from users, not Tesla, so treat the claim as early and single-demo.
