OpenHands 1.23.0 ships a universal macOS DMG with per-architecture bundled runtimes

OpenHands v1.23.0, released 23 September, packages the desktop app as one universal macOS DMG that bundles a runtime for each architecture (#17225). It also tags Agent Canvas telemetry by deployment kind (#17529) and moves to SDK 1.49.5 and Automation 1.15.0. Everything else is chat-UI fixes, so this is a packaging release, not a capability jump.
