The Center for AI Safety cut HLE down to 500 reasoning and 500 knowledge questions after a year of cleanup, evaluated at high reasoning with and without tools, and published a recommended tool-use setup on GitHub. On r/singularity (343 upvotes) the top comments treat it as a reset after labs saturated the original. Per-model scores are only in chart images on the blog, so I haven't verified exact numbers.
