JitMem (arXiv 2609.27334, 23 Sep) skips write-time distillation into reflections or skills. It retrieves raw traces and has a curator build a task-specific payload once the new task is known, which lets the curator train on immediate task success. It beats the strongest baseline by 16.2 points on ALFWorld, 16.3 on WebShop and 3.9 on τ²-bench, which argues for keeping raw logs over summaries in agent memory stores.
