State-Grounded Conditioning: moving live-state decisions into rule kernels lifted session-level grounded accuracy from 26.5% to 83.5%

For agents whose right answer depends on live user state, SGC takes those decisions out of the prompt and into rule kernels over structured state slices, split across Perception, Grounding and Interaction wrappers. On 200 sessions of an in-game coaching agent, turn-level grounded accuracy rose from 69.8% to 96.7%. First-token latency was 1.5s, against 6.1s for a tool-use baseline. The result comes from one product's data.
