This MIT CLI, agent skill and Chrome extension for GitHub's Files Changed page targets the review bottleneck of agent-generated PRs. Jev assigns each change unit a priority and an OpenAI model writes a natural-language explanation. It analyzes the first 12 hunks by default, raisable to 100 with --max-units. The repo is new (created September 19, 51 stars), and HN commenters were split at 41 points and 48 comments.
