Klaviyo's employees shipped 356 internal apps in two weeks on an SSO-gated agent pipeline

Klaviyo built K:Forge, which turns a plain-language request made in Slack, Claude or Cursor into a deployed app in under three minutes. In two weeks, 512 employees from legal, marketing, HR and engineering shipped 356 live apps, and 196 of them have their own databases. The guardrails do the security work: every app sits behind Okta SSO and is private by default, Vercel Secure Compute gives private network paths to internal databases, and Wiz scans every app. It is a concrete template for letting non-engineers ship internal tools without opening data to the internet. HN's 'Year of Internal Tools' essay (geocod.io) makes the same argument.
