Cline Desktop 0.0.36 starts behind system proxies like Clash and runs GPT-6 on Bedrock without cross-region inference

Cline Desktop 0.0.36 (2026-09-25) fixes the app failing with 'No compatible hub runtime is available' on machines with a system HTTP(S) proxy such as Clash, v2ray or a corporate proxy. The cause was local connection checks being routed through the proxy. On Amazon Bedrock, GPT-6 and GPT-5.6 models now work without cross-region inference, and ap-south-1/2 use the 'in.' inference profile. Plugin slash commands like /goal no longer disappear from the menu after first use.
